Q: I was cited for reckless operation of a golf cart on put in bay. But the court house doesn’t have me on file and
I also broke my leg, but they won’t let me do it virtually and say I need to get ahold of the put in bay police to send them the information. What should I do
A: An Ohio attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. By now, you may have already done so, but this is something to be discussed with a defense attorney. In terms of the personal injury element of breaking your leg, if it was related to the reckless driving charge and no other parties contributed to the injury, it isn't clear who else would be liable (unless there are more details not provided here, such as a mechanical malfunction that contributed to the accident). Good luck
