already been sentenced and pleaded guilty

A: You needed to ask for this clarification at the time of sentencing because it sounds like the Judge sentenced this person to 60 days jail and so that is the way it is.

If there are circumstances that have changed that wasn't available to be talked about or discussed when it was done in court then maybe you can have a hearing to reconsider this issue. Good Luck

A: Generally no, but it definitely depends on the judge and the circumstances. If something has changed since the sentence was imposed, and not too much time has passed, a reasonable judge would at least listen and consider the request.
