Q: I fell off the Monkey bars at the gym and fracture my leg. Could I sue for physical damage?

I wasn't able to walk and lost my Job. I still have problems with my leg.

A: You could sue. My guess is the gym had you sign a waiver when you joined, so you'll have to contend with that. Speak with a local litigation attorney. [I litigate cases.
