A: Hire a lawyer to file a motion to recall the bench warrant and reschedule the trial. Get a printout of your driving record. Give it to your lawyer.

A: You should hire an attorney to file a motion to recall the warrant. These motions are usually granted if filed by an attorney. You also need a certified copy of your complete driving record to show your license was valid on the date of the incident. You can get this from the MVA online or in person.
