Q: Automatic car wash accident my car was damaged there machine was not seeing as 5+ cars used after my vehicle was removed

and while I was stuck in their car wash they mentioned calling the police which I said was fine but I didn't lie I said I don't have insurance yet that I just got the vehicle and had that appointment scheduled for the following day and then they asked me for money for damages to their machine they had me leave my title so that I would come back after they have it inspected the following day yet they are still using car wash if it was damaged they would not be able to use it my vehicle has damage my front tire popped needs replaced and my passenger door won't open now.my front bumper is pulled down. One of their employees pulled my vehicle out of the car wash for me and I stayed there and no service people came yet they started using the car wash within 15 min I think they thought I left. And I didn't have a phone on me and no police ever came so they I guess never called. The police I feel like they are trying to scam me there car wash still is being used my vehicle is damaged

A: how did it happen? what did the car wash do wrong?

did you go to a doctor or ER?

it sounds more like emotional damage, rather than any other injury?
