Q: Is it a crime one of the heirs to destroy a will
My sister told me she destroyed our fathers will.She bragged about it and had herself named executrix and chested me out of part of my share. She disposed of at least one fairly new vehicle and kept the money.She had him conserved and I believe he cut her out because she took away his booze his truck his money and his freedom. He probably cut her out. I think he had a lawyer help him draw the will up and that guy won't talk to me
