Rear-ended by and the driver hit and ran. Car was stolen and driver not found.

Assuming that this collision occurred in CA, if you carried UM insurance, you can make a claim to it to cover your injuries and damage from the hit and run, including, medical expenses, pain and suffering and loss of income.
