Q: I was stopped for tresspassing on undeveloped land by 2 individuals using firearm search vehicle and instigate search
y a officer who said there were guns on my seat im felon i have been denied any motions due to them being frivilous according to my attorney i was denied a margesden motion by judge im missing stuff that should be in my discovery i had seen some deer cams and as far as i knew no one was supposed to be up there i had gone there to see how much seasoned wood i could get and had gotten turned around its 360 acres and i hadnt seen the area since the fire they said they received game cam pics waited till dark told dispatch there armed and i was cornered one of them is a felon and the only one who came to pre-limb i had a prior gun charge i went to prison then discharged parole then won my appeal on which was the first 2 pages of my discovery im told everything is irrelavent except im a felon and guns were in my truck ive been arrested 2 times for failure to appear cause of my lawyer writing the wrong date down which one of the times they gave me 3 felonies i really need some help thank you

DID YOUR LAWYER EXPLAIN TO THE COURT THAT YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR WAS DUE TO HIS/HER NEGLIGENCE?
