Q: Do I have to answer Discovery for past criminal offenses in small claims court. I’m plaintiff suing for diminished value

Her insurance has already admitted she’s at fault and repaired my car. Lawyer is claiming she is not liable. Does this apply? Rule 404. Character Evidence; Crimes or Other Acts

(a) Character Evidence.

(1) Prohibited Uses. Evidence of a person’s character or character trait is not admissible to prove that on a particular occasion the person acted in accordance with the character or trait.
