Q: My employer is threatening with suspension with no pay and i dont know what i can do.

My boss is the owner and HR is his wife. I am a salaried employee and it is an at will company. The suspension is because a client emailed the boss to complain about progress being made. The delay is due to a lack of resources on our end because the boss spent the money that was ment to hire more people.
