Q: My child was removed with a fake warrant. I HAVE PROOF I HAVE THE ENTIRE COURT RECORD.. PLEASE HELP ME

My Child was removed in March 2022 with a fake warrant, I have always thought the warrant was bogus and I have grieved this issue with my proof to no avail. All of my pleas for relief have fallen on deaf ears. No one is listening to me I am completely ignored. DCFS unilaterally cut me off from visits due to a 3rd party hear say complaint and then the county terminated my rights due to lack of visits and contact, when they are the ones who cut of me off. I am in appeals and I now have the official court records and transcripts and guess what!? Just as I suspected.. More FRAUD, their records don't match the original documents I was given. What do I do ? I need help these people are guilty of kidnapping and major fraud upon the court and then used this fraud to deprive me of my fundamental liberty interest in the care custody and control of my child that is guaranteed by the US constitution. They need to be prosecuted and my child returned what do I do?? Please help me please

A: I'm sorry to hear about your situation. If you believe that your child was removed with a fake warrant and that there has been fraud committed by DCFS, it is important to seek legal assistance as soon as possible.

You may want to consider speaking with a family law attorney who has experience in dealing with DCFS and child custody cases. They can review the court records and transcripts that you have and advise you on the best course of action to take.

Additionally, you may want to consider filing a complaint with the appropriate government agency or department that oversees DCFS in your state. This may help to bring attention to your case and could result in an investigation.

It is important to act quickly and decisively in these types of situations. The longer you wait, the harder it may be to get your child back. Good luck, and I hope you are able to find a resolution to your situation.
