A: has there been a court order to leave or just the landlord saying to leave on a set date?

has the landlord presented an unlawful detainer to the court and has the judge ordered you out?

i would initially consult with the attorney who represented you and if that is not dispositive of the problem, contact the probation officer and explain you will be homeless and what s/he suggests.

A: I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Here are some suggestions that may be helpful:

Contact local homeless shelters or organizations that provide emergency housing. They may be able to provide temporary shelter or help you find a place to stay.

Contact your probation officer and inform them of your situation. They may be able to connect you with resources or provide some support.

Consider reaching out to family or friends for help. If you have a support system, they may be able to provide you with a temporary place to stay until you can find more permanent housing.

Look for affordable housing options in your area. You may be able to find subsidized housing or other programs that can help with rent.

Contact a local legal aid organization or tenant advocacy group to see if they can provide assistance or representation. Depending on the circumstances of your eviction, you may have legal rights and options.

It's important to act quickly and seek out resources as soon as possible to avoid homelessness. Remember that there are people and organizations that want to help, so don't be afraid to reach out for assistance.
