Q: Me and my uncle was in store he was having an medical emergency i had to ask clerk 10 times to call 911 so i had to ask
Ask another costumer to please go and grab my phone from my car
A: This is a question and answer forum; you didn't ask a question. I'm guessing your question would be, "Can he make a claim against the store?" If so, the answer depends partly on whether the delay in calling 911 caused damage that a medical professional could attest to. Even if there is no potential worthwhile claim, a complaint could be made to the corporation, which might fire the employee.

A: It all depends on the type of store and their duty to you. If someone had a medical emergency in a pharmacy and the pharmacist did nothing, there may be a reasonable expectation that they should be able to help and failed to do so. It may also depend on what the store did prior to prepare for a medical emergency, like prior employee training, emergency kits available on property, emergency procedures in place, things like that. If a store took upon the duty to help in the case of a medical emergency and did nothing, there could be an argument for liability. It all depends on the facts.
