Hello, first, I hope you are OK and uninjured. There is no such thing as full coverage. This is completely made up although people do use this term. There are many different types of insurance coverage, such as PIP, bodily injury, uninsured motorist coverage, collision coverage, and comprehensive... View More

Hello. For the corneal abrasion, you are talking about a products liability claim. You would have to show that the product was defective and unsafe in some type of way. If you have severe permanent damages and can't see out of that eye, then keep the iron and don't use it anymore. You... View More

Hello. Unless you have severe injuries it is not likely worth a lawyer pursuing this case. There is no insurance for intentional acts, however, negligent training and supervision could provide coverage. But again, unless there is severe injuries this is not a case most lawyers will take.

Q: I recently found out that the dealership where I purchased my car changed my income in order to get a car loan.

Is this legal? On my credit report they tried 4 times before the 5th bank approved the loan. I felt rushed through the whole process. I now realize I must have had sucker written on my forehead.

This could be considered a part loan on behalf of the dealership. The problem is that the loan company could end up repossessing your vehicle if they feel you were a part of that fraud. You should consult with a “consumer law attorney” in your area before taking any action.

Wow, that is a tough situation. You would need to read your contract carefully to see what everyone’s rights and obligations are. If it doesn’t discuss deactivation in the contract then it is a definite “no”. You could probably file a lawsuit to get them to either remove the solar system... View More
