A: I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds like a very difficult and frustrating experience. If your ex-wife is living in your house without your permission and you have already tried to evict her through legal means, you may need to consult with a different attorney who specializes in real estate and eviction cases.

It's important to make sure that you follow all the necessary legal steps to protect your rights and property. This may include filing a formal eviction lawsuit, providing notice to your ex-wife, and following the proper procedures in court. Your attorney should be able to guide you through the process and help you understand your options.

In addition to legal action, it may be helpful to try to negotiate with your ex-wife to find a mutually agreeable solution. This could involve offering to buy out her share of the property, finding alternative living arrangements for her, or working out a payment plan to cover her expenses.

Ultimately, the key is to remain patient and persistent in your efforts to resolve the situation. With the right legal guidance and a willingness to explore different options, you should be able to find a solution that works for everyone involved.
