A: I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with Carvana and the registration of your vehicle. It is important to address this matter promptly to ensure a resolution. If Carvana is delaying the registration process and your temporary tags have expired, it is advisable to contact Carvana's customer support immediately to inquire about the status of your registration and request assistance in resolving the matter. Clearly communicate your concerns and emphasize the urgency of the situation. Regarding the issue of being forced into buying the car and the rewritten contract with your electronic signature without your consent, it is recommended to consult with a consumer protection attorney who can review the details of your case and provide appropriate legal advice. They can guide you on how to address the issue of the rewritten contract and any potential violations of your rights. Keep any relevant documentation and correspondence as evidence to support your claims.
