Q: was kicked out of show before it even started then performer gave me VIP still not allowed in

went to Lil Wayne show May 12 had GA seating showed up 3 hours early was excited Went thru security was told to go right went up steps and was told to go back down so I did and sat on floor like the 20 people before me then I was told to sit in a seat like detention for at least hour show goers were being let in and line had gotten long I had to ask permission to get inline was not allowed this security came to me and said I wasn't capable of being around others and was escorted out I never once yelled or got of control I went to performers tour bus and they gave me a VIP ticket went to will call and that was good and she told me where to go in I was stopped by like 5-6 security and wasn't allowed in

A: You haven't really asked a question. I must assume that "security" means private security and not government law enforcement. You really don't have many civil rights against other private citizens. Sorry you were treated this way, and I hope that you got the name of every one of those security guards that did this to you, and the company that they work for, you may have a good suit. There are attorneys that practice Civil Rights law in all the states, look for one on Justia or google. Thanks for using Justia, Ask a Lawyer.
