I am from Uzbekistan. We made a contract with Biomaraktiebolag of Sweden "Company Name: BioMar Aktiebolag Address: c/o R.R. Hb, Köpmannagatan 10, 762 31 Rimbo, Sweden VAT number: SE556369927001 I made a contract with company reg no: 5563699270 website: biomaraktiebolag.com" to buy 8000 reams of photocopy A4 paper. At first they told me that $4000 will be included in all fees. I paid $4000. They are now hiring an online shipping company and asking for 100% refundable $2,920 for the container rental. Is it normal if it is online fraud how can I cancel contract and refund my money?

It seems a little unreasonable for you to suddenly owe $2920 for shipping, but if the contract was FOB factory, then you had to pick it up at their loading dock and were responsible for the cost of that.
