Philadelphia, PA asked in Car Accidents for Pennsylvania

Q: Hello, I got into a bike accident and my lawyers didn’t seem for pain and suffering. What should I do?

I already signed the settlement because they told me I had to make a decision right then. They didn’t even give me a chance to think about it. They only let me know of the settlement meeting the day off. Something doesn’t feel right and I’m concerned. I even have a letter from my doctor about how much I suffered mentally

A: A Pennsylvania attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. I'm sorry about your injuries from the bike accident. If a release was signed, it could be difficult to challenge. You could reach out to attorneys to discuss all the details and circumstances of the situation - but in general, it could be difficult to go back on a signed release. Good luck
