Q: Daycare.Got a violation.Days later an AD for lawyer in mailbox.pay 5000.lose. I believe inspector placed ad for lawyer.?
She was labeled a child abuser and lost her daycare license. First Offense. Kid walked toward road. Passerby saw. total time 1-2 mins.Kid walked around the corner of house and like 60 feet. No injuries, perfectly unharmed.Built fence immediately after. can never happen again. Spent all savings. Inspector hell bent on destroying GF life and career. Also we used ad that came in mailbox like 2 days after violation. only me , gf, and inspector should have know. paid 5000 for lawyer in ad . stressed b/c court date is set 2 weeks from violation. calls from inspectors assistant, did u get lawyer 3X(pressure) . lawyer did not return emails. I'm 99% certain that inspector sent lawyers ad. Illegal .OCFS will NOT respond to accusations deny sending ad. Lost license,cps court upcoming if she will be labeled child abuser forever. ESSEX County OCFS NY is not protecting kids they are extorting money hard working good people. not been able to talk to ANYONE except the inspector. ARACKETFORSURE
