Q: Car dealership did not do the work stated and didn't hook up my turbo when they were to replace engine dt recall.
Recall on motors from hyundai.. mine blew up on the way to work with no prior lights, indication on computer of any issues. Oxmoor hyundai was to replace engine (fully under 100% warranty ) Had a rattle that it never had prior. I took it there the 1st time after replacing within 400 miles bc light came back on and it started not driving properly at all. Bogging down, not shifting properly, just lack of power. Took 3 times after initial repair and was told the car was fine every time, that they had fixed it. In April I called again, I specifically told her I felt that the turbo wasn't working at all. Was given an appt July 19th. And told they weren't taking any cars in that had the engine issues at all until then. Took to another hyundai dealership and told them the same thing ( have all the ppw as well) they checked and found the turbo wasn't connected at all. One hose shoved in another and one not even attached. Oxmoor hyundai also in 2020 charged rotation and balance, only bal
