Merritt Island, FL asked in Products Liability, Traffic Tickets, Insurance Bad Faith and Insurance Defense for Florida

Q: I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X5. They didn't disclose vital information to me

I told the car lot I was specifically looking for a car for my wife that had the front end collision prevention all the safety features available.

They showed me the X5 told me the vehicle would automatically apply the brakes if its getting too close to an object/person ran out. This was the main reason got that car.

The first month we had the car the lane assist sensors were defective &had them

my wife got in a fender bender. Shes extremely upset & wondered why the car didnt auto apply the brakes For previntion

The car said headlight out when the front sensors were damaged in the collision.

When the vehicle gets to the shop, I am told that front collision prevention only works if the vehicle is in cruise control... mind you it claims to be a city driving feature. We weren't told this by the salesman.

I am enraged, & wondering what my options are.

PLEASE HELP ME
