Here:

I?m selling an ecom brand, the buyer is German citizen. I run the brand under a LLC in USA. He wants to buy it via crypto. And the procedures are as follows:

1- We both sign the agreement online

2- He pays full amount in Crypto

3- I transfer the ownership on Shopify to him.

My argument is what if I signed, he took the agreement and didn?t pay. Maybe he can claim ownership to Shopify with that agreement. I?m not sure!!

Although he claims it?s zero risk for me because I won?t transfer anything until I get paid first.

What do you think? Please let me know

Can I send the agreement so you can review it here?

Also, since he is paying via crypto and it?s very easy to verify any transactions in crypto, can I ask him to put our two wallet addresses in the agreement? so with that it?s hard to get away with not paying after signing the agreement

A: The advice you're seeking can be obtained only by scheduling a consultation with an attorney handling commercial transactions, and it's a good idea for you to have an attorney review the proposed contract. When an attorney gives that kind of advice, an attorney-client relationship is created.
