Q: What should I do, enterprise wants me to pay them 14000 for damages to a vehicle I wrecked in Mexico a year ago.

Got into an accident in my truck.

Insurance paid for a rental car.

I went to Mexico in the enterprise rental car.

Got into an accident.

Enterprise had the vehicle transported to El Paso, Texas.

Enterprise tried to bill my insurance company, they denied the claims/ bill payment...

A year later Enterprise says I owe them 14000 dollars for transport and damage repair costs of the vehicle.

They contacted me , and are saying they will send it to collections if no payment within 10 days.

I looked up the VIN on the rental, it's listed at auction on a lot in El Paso, with pictures showing no repairs have been made.

A: Among other issues, what may be relevant is why your insurance company denied the claim.
