Q: I own a condo - trying to get the leaky roof repaired /replaced since October of last year - i am in constant contact

With the HOA and mgmt , permit was pulled 0607223 but still nothing - the project mgr. makes reassuring statements but effectively nothing has been done - what can I do ? Who can help with this issue?
