Q: I had a idea to open a STR company with my bf. but we dont know know where to start on how to protect us in an llc ?
I want both of us to be protected if the relationship doesn't last. What are our options? What should we exactly worry about first you know, ? Should we get an llc or an mutiple person llc ? I hear there are more cons with the mutli person llc. Any advice helps ?
