Florence, OR asked in Civil Rights, Landlord - Tenant and Libel & Slander for Oregon

Q: I can’t afford attorney for wrongful eviction/civil rights fair housing violation etc but BOLI has the investigation cal

BOLI uncovered felonious amounts of embezzlement from manager, same woman who went into my home and w her adult children stole and destroyed 100% of everything I own. BOLI in 10 months of investigation. Owner of rv park currently prosecuting said previous manager, fired and removed her, but not before my neighbors sent videos and texts of my seizure dog being stolen out of my home and Third party texts from old manager telling one of her friends that she had my dog, and 10 months later, I have no seizure dog, or my home or over 25k of receipts and records of the stolen or destroyed property.

Owner will not concede to any sort of responsibility for anything that happened on that property even though he lives on the property. I’m not really sure what to do next the investigation is continuing the Foley is not an attorney I can’t make anything go faster or more effectively and I feel like I’m getting railroaded and intimidated by a businessman who’s main motivator self preservation.
