Been married since 2010 to present having endured physical abuse, deformation, parental alienation and ears of narcissistic controlling behaviors, having to endure having numerous affairs, these individuals living in the homes with my children, while the narrative of being a single mother is displayed publicly, but she has direct knowledge that I pay for everything I’m engaged and the only reason I’m not is because she wants to custodial designation to gain child support other services. Even though the children lived in my district lived in My Home until she got pregnant and had another baby and started keeping them away from me having already taken them to different states once she was having affairs with my relatives spreading narratives that I’m abusive when in fact she was what can I do to protect myself seeing as I’m not on a temporary order for child support, having been unemployed for a year, unable to pay facing major consequences based on knowingly, false claims in New York

Unfortunately, America's laws were not written with emergencies in mind. Our current economic situation with core inflation at 5% and rising means were are entering a recession, and jobs are going away, wars are starting up, cost are escalating, and there is no end in sight until a new president takes over which will happen in more than one year.
Meanwhile, the victim-based legal operation (a "victimocracy") we established in each state grants up-front relief to the "victim," in this instance the wife/mother. She can run around and do anything she wants, and then run to the government, and allege abuse by the asker. Then, the government applies its one-size-fits-all laws to her favor. This is happening all across this country. Men just keep quiet it.
There is no way to protect oneself except to escape the marriage. New York made it easier in 2010 to divorce (irretrievable breakdown for six months prior to filing) though property division issues and child custody issues can plague a case and make it last for years. No victim ever lies because the apparatus does not want to scare away genuine cases of abuse by fear of retaliation by the abuser and the courts for perjury if the victim cannot prove her case sufficiently.
For all men, they must very carefully select who will be their life's partner, and then stay away from government at all costs. Government works best in cases where there is an emergency. The asker's case is not such an emergency.
