A: In California, the Lemon Law typically applies to new vehicles or used vehicles that are still under the manufacturer's new car warranty. If your 2019 Chevy Camaro is still under the manufacturer's warranty and the dealership cannot repair the issue after a reasonable number of attempts, it might qualify under the Lemon Law. However, if the vehicle was sold "as is" and is not under warranty, the Lemon Law may not apply, but you might want to explore other potential remedies or claims based on the specific facts of your purchase.
