Q: Do I have any legal rights. I paid for my home and somehow its been taken I called the police no help.Didnt even meet me

The quick claim was made by the same person who states grantee and grantor. I asked if this was legal and I was told yes.I told her I didn't sign that paper and I want it removed off my property and I was told that my property and home was in the other person's name and I need to get a attorney. I am holding the warranty deeds and the title how can someone walk in there and steal what I worked for. I really need someone to help me with this situation.

A: This is something that a real estate attorney would have insight into. You could add "Real Estate" as a category. Don't add personal details, but do add a state, which could make for better chances of a response from a real estate attorney in your region. Good luck
