I'm on a deadline & need an attorney ASAP, to sue my insurance company. I've worked up my case/claim, so I'm ready to file the paperwork with the court immeadiately! I was going to represent myself, but I have no idea how to file this claim with the courts. thefore, I have decided to hire an attorney. I have a good case & I'm sueing for approx $50,000 for my personal property. I have much evidence/proof like pictures, text, witnesses. State Farm illegally denied most of my legitimate claim I believe on purpose because I have good coverage. I was never told they were dening my claim. I've been grossly taken advantage of. I will be turning over my claim to Dept of commerce.

A: A Minnesota attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Since time is of the essence in your matter, it may make more sense for you to reach out to attorneys rather than awaiting a response on forums. A starting point could be to try to arrange a free initial consult. Good luck
