Q: I was lied to about ticket in court forced to take plea and now I find out ticket was 4 something else and shows revoked
Revoked on my dmv abstract.i was told it was 8 points on liscense again no cop witnessed accident that I had no clue about and my insurance did not pay claim as they believed it was false.it was in henrietta court
A: If you did not have full knowledge of the consequences of your plea at the time you made it. You could hire a lawyer and motion to revoke the plea and attempt to resolve the ticket a different way.
