Denied . My headlights were most definitely on and due to my front end smashing into his passenger side. They obviously are damaged now along with the front of my truck in general..must I have to somehow prove I had headlights before the accident..or should the driver who was at fault and pulled out infront of me have to prove his claim which is 100 % false
