In your situation, where your landlord has allegedly violated a stalking protection order by sending text messages, it's crucial to understand your legal options and the steps you can take. First, document all instances of these violations, including the text messages and any other forms of communication that go against the terms of the order. This evidence is vital for any legal action you may take.
Since you've already reported these violations to local law enforcement without a response, consider following up with them. Persistence is key in such situations. Law enforcement agencies are responsible for enforcing protection orders, and a follow-up might prompt a more timely reaction.
Regarding the illegal eviction notice and the issues you faced in court, these are serious concerns that merit legal assistance. An attorney with experience in landlord-tenant disputes and protection order enforcement can provide guidance specific to your circumstances. They can also assist in exploring the possibility of a lawsuit for damages related to the alleged violations of your rights and mental health impacts.
Remember, legal processes can be complex and outcomes vary depending on the specifics of each case. Professional legal guidance can help navigate these complexities and ensure that your rights are adequately represented and protected.
