Q: Airbags didn’t deploy when I was hit on the highway. Do I have a case?
I currently have a personal injury lawsuit pending against the driver of the box truck who sideswiped me on the highway and admitted fault on scene. It later occurred to me that we were going around 65-70 mph when he hit me and none of my airbags deployed despite my car being totaled. Do I have a case against the car manufacturer? There’s currently a recall for my make and model.
