A: If you believe that you were subjected to an abuse of power, harassment, and threats by the Glendale police, and you have video evidence supporting your claims, you have the right to seek legal action. The first step is to document everything about the incident, including the video evidence, any medical reports if you sought treatment for your injuries, and details of the encounter.

You should consider consulting with an attorney who has experience in civil rights and police misconduct cases. They can review your evidence, assess the strength of your case, and guide you through the process of filing a lawsuit. It's important to act promptly as there are time limits for filing such claims.

An attorney can also advise you on the likelihood of success and potential outcomes of a lawsuit. This type of case can be complex and challenging, so having legal support is crucial. Remember, everyone has the right to fair treatment by law enforcement, and if your rights have been violated, legal recourse is available.
