Q: When investigating a case of aggravated sexual assault can CPS accuse a child of assault on another child in home
CPS showed up they claimed a report had been my accused my 14yr old son to have been sexually assaulting my 6 yr old son after they found that was not happening they arrested him on a report that the school administration reported that a student claimed she was sexually assault by my son. Should CPS have put my 6yr old through that on no actual report.
