A: Without knowing additional details, I would agree with Mr. Frick. It's a given that course materials could become obsolete with new technologies. However, if certain representations were made to students, that could be a different story. Keep in mind that looking into such a lawsuit could involve paying out-of-pocket for attorneys, win or lose. That's my individual perspective. Different attorneys could see things differently if you wanted to reach out and discuss with law firms. That would fall outside this forum, and would be between you and any attorneys you reached out to. Good luck
