A: I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you've had with your pawn shop, including the loss of your classic guitars and the difficult interactions with an employee. It's important to address both the financial and the interpersonal issues you've experienced. Given the overdue notices, it seems there was a communication breakdown leading to the unfortunate sale of your guitars.

Regarding the treatment you received from the employee, it sounds like it significantly impacted your willingness to visit the store and manage your account effectively. Documenting these interactions, including dates, times, and the nature of the abuse, could be crucial if you decide to take further action. It's also worth reaching out to the management of the pawn shop to express your concerns, as they may not be aware of how their customers are being treated.

Finally, considering the amount of interest you've paid over the years, it might be beneficial to explore options for legal advice or consumer protection assistance. They can offer guidance on your rights in this situation and the best course of action to possibly recover your guitars or seek compensation. It's also useful to review any paperwork or agreements you had with the pawn shop to understand the terms concerning the seizure and sale of items.
