Q: Q: audio recording in a business lobby located in Greenville SC
it has come to the / our attention by some security officers that audio is being recorded of team members and all staff within the main lobby of a business. Security Officers were informed that when the security cameras went in / up... that the mics were disabled. Security found these audio recordings inadvertently. Is this legal as we have found that personal conversations were recorded without knowledge. I want to remain anonymous for the time being as I fear retaliation.
