Q: Can I have him charged with fraud and Do I have any recourse now?

Facebook ad –Chevy Avalanche $6,000. New transmission and everything work like it should no lights on can test drive nice truck. I sold my truck and paid the $6,000. Went to get it inspected my mechanic he said to me and I quote : “I hope you didn’t pay a lot for that truck because it’s a rusted piece of junk!” There is a rot hole in frame that can’t be welded. I don't know who you use for a mechanic it just passed inspection 4 months ago with no problem as far as a gasoline leak that may cost $20 on the high end I wouldn't have sold it to you if there was a problem. that is not how I do things that is why I wanted you to try it before you bought it!I’m The truck I just bought needs more work than yours. wish we could afford to have a mechanic check out cars before we buy them. When we buy used vehicles it is what it is. Can't fit anymore.. Alot more happened after that. thank
