Q: I purchased in full, goods that have not been delivered to me. Do I have any recourse?Could this be a crime

It has been over 9 months since the agreement to purchase and deposit given. Balance was paid in January 2024 and

I still don't have the parts promised to make the car complete. Total purchase price $8,700.00. Missing over $3000.00 in parts. He lies to me and tells me the parts should be there in a week, no parts. Then he tells me the supplier of the parts has had a problem with back orders of the parts. After calling one of his suppliers, the parts have never been ordered. I have copies of E-mails and Text Messages that have been exchanged, but no actual contract was signed as he did not have a contract.

You m ay have heard of this guy, Apparently this is not the first time this has happened with him. I want my money back and I want this guy out of the business of screwing people over.
