Q: father(disabledvet)loan Mortg co.Charged fees vets exempt, never late comp said was .died 3/23 won't probate or will 2 me

My father (%100 disabled vet) had a loan with Freedom Mortgage , they erroneously charged him real estate taxes, %4.0 rate %1.3 origination fee , closing fee , multiple other fees he was exempt from and knew this was a VA loan and was exempt . First month till his death 15 months later claimed missed every payment , changed payment amount 4 times (behind scenes payment was $500 higher than actual amount at closing .) He was charged taxes , even city had check to send for the overpayment of those taxes . He died 23 months ago , knew this , never changed deed to me his son , no probate and still sending bill to dead person but can not convince judge to foreclose because I have all evidence of there wrongdoing and his payments etc . I am rightfully owed that home and this company needs to pay for its intentional harmful tactics .
