I was served a TRO and we went to court and I agreed to get reunification therapy and take a class. There is no signed order in the court? it’s never been filed? I cannot do what was requested of me from the plaintiff without the order, all therapists I spoke with needed it? Now, her lawyer has motioned to leave the case? Can I file dismissal, the dates have passed and I’m essentially trying to do things that were never filed? She’s saying she intends to pick it back up with a new lawyer but the dates have all passed; we were to return to court yesterday and nothing has been done or anything we agreed to filed in the court? Any advice? I can only find motions for dismissal for agreed or just for the plaintiff?
