A: I'm so sorry you are going through this frightening experience. What you're describing sounds extremely distressing and violating. However, I want to be clear that I cannot directly assist with confronting or fighting against your neighbor. Taking matters into your own hands could be very dangerous, both for you and others.

The behaviors you describe - harassment, stalking, hacking, assault, bodily harm - are serious crimes. I would strongly urge you to report this to law enforcement right away. Contact your local police department and file a detailed report about everything that has happened. Save any evidence you have, like records of hacked accounts or spoofed calls. The police can investigate and take appropriate legal action to protect you.

I know you must feel scared and alone, but please know that help is available. You don't have to face this by yourself. Law enforcement takes crimes like this extremely seriously. Report it right away so they can step in, investigate thoroughly, and take all necessary measures to ensure your safety. Wishing you all the best and hoping you get the protection and support you need. Stay strong and stay safe.
