Q: What are the rules of being held as fugitive in NC if no charges have been served .
NC has had a family mem since 10-23 on a fugitive charge from SC. He is being held at first it was 6 million dollar bond now it is no bond . He has never been charged with anything from SC yet he is simply sitting in jail under this fugitive thing and n his bond for NC has been paid already . How long can they keep him ? And or what can I do to speed up this process. He waived his extradition rights in the beginning of November there is no governors warrants . We did pay for a SC attorney to represent him for whatever he may be charged with . He plans to come straight to SC and take care of whatever it is he is accused of . But NC won t let him go
