Q: How do i get a court order to tranfer a mobile home title?
My wife and i purchased a mobile home on property from an individual by way of quitclaim deed. Rhe issue is that the seller died before transfering the title for the mobile home. She had no will and i have no contact with her family. I have the deed in our name, the mortagage lein release for the mobile home, our purchase agreement, and i can get a death certificate. How do i petition the court to transfer the title to our name?
