Q: can I sue family and get a restraining order?
2-3 years ago my vehicle was burglarized and items were stolen(firearm was one of them). went to my criminal defense attorney who filed paperwork over a prior incidence and thats how we caught potential leads on who burglarized the car. considering giving it to the police department. want this family member out of my life.
