Q: Possible pet neglect from animal hospital/pet resort.
My dog is epileptic and I keep him in day care when I go to work in the event he has an episode. He is also a patient at this animal hospital/pet resort. Recently, every time he goes there, he comes home with some kind of ailment. When I ask, the staff always says nothing happened to him. When I picked him up yesterday 4/15/24, he was not in good shape. Heavily breathing all the way home (about 45 min) Woke up today with an upset stomach. I spoke to the staff today and they stated that he doesn't eat there and knocks over his bowl (which has never happened at home or anywhere else he has been cared for). They also told me not to bring him back to their facility with no reasoning behind it. Is there anything that can be done?
