Q: Can my lawyer give my paperwork to the courts for the other party without me agreeing in court custody case?
Paternal grandfather now wants custody/ adoption of grandson after my daughter passed away. Came & took him from my home few weeks after I buried her in Texas. Their son was killed in Dec 2022, my daughter passed from breast cancer in July 2023. The two were never married and I took care of them both. They don’t have Birth certificate, ss #, or my daughter death certificate. I don’t want them to have her death certificate.
